Order Modification policy for Canvas Threads & More LLC
At Canvas Threads & More LLC, we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we've established the following policy for order modifications:
1. Order Changes: Customers may request changes to their shirt color, size or print before the printing process begins (within 24 hours of placing the order). Once printing has started, no further modifications can be made.
2. Notification Process: To request a change, customers must reach out through one of the following methods:
- Direct message on TikTok or Facebook
- Comment in the live session during packing
3. Pricing Adjustments:
- If the requested item is of a higher value, the customer will be responsible for the price difference.
- If the new item is of a lower value, a refund for the difference will be provided.
4. Order Status Updates: Customers can track the status of their order through our live packing sessions on TikTok and Facebook. Once an order enters the printing phase, modifications will no longer be accepted.
5. Refund and Exchange Policy: This policy applies only to changes requested before the printing process. For other refund or exchange inquiries, please refer to our general return policy.
